Is it Compatible with most Candy Floss Machines? - Yes!  Works wonders, Big or Small, and one of the best things about our Sugar-Free CC Premixes is that it only requires Less/Low Heat/Voltage to produce a Ready-to-eat Cotton Candy. The whole family can even enjoy the fun of making it using a Wee Candy Floss Machine at home.

Shelf life - Sugar-free Cotton Candy Powder Pre-mixes  (A minimum of 1 year to over 2 years with proper storage, handling, and under the right conditions)                                                                    Spun Ready to eat Sugar-Free Cotton Candy  (One week, in Unopened, airtight packaging)

Proper Storage and Handling - Spun SFCC on a stick, lasts a few hours in a low-moisture environment, but will change its texture faster in a more humid setting.                                              To preserve its quality, store it in an airtight bag or container after spinning, and it will last for up to a week.  Best enjoyed and shared soon after opening.                                                                   Powder SFCC Premixes in Containers: scoop what you need, close, and seal. Frequent opening and closing or leaving it exposed, improperly sealed, will compromise its quality.  Put the tape seal back or secure it in a ziplock.     

Large orders and Resellers - We customized packaging according to your needs, to ensure the product's Optimal Quality and make handling easier for you.

Orders and Shipping - We ship anywhere.  We have partnered with New Zealand Post Courier to establish your order's arrival and safety.                                                                                                For orders within Cristchurch NZ, we can arrange delivery directly or by post if preferred.        Anywhere in New Zealand, we typically ship at the beginning of the week (Mondays or Tuesdays) (via Express courier) to maintain the quality of our Ready-to-eat SF Cotton Candy.                  Estimate arrival for Non-Rural areas is within 2-3 days, for Rural areas before the weekend.      International Shipping, Delivery varies on your location. For (Ready-to-Eat SF Cotton Candy), we can accommodate your orders and select the fastest shipping option, though this will be at your own risk.

Production Process - Our Ready-to-Eat SFCC is always made the day before delivery or shipping to ensure quality.  Other Production Process  Please allow sufficient time for orders with (Customization, Special Request, and Large Quantities). 

Refund - As a Service-Oriented Business, we value our Customers and their needs.                        We are committed to building strong and lasting relationships with you.  As a New Business, we are pleased to offer a Replacement for a Major fault found in unused, unopened, sealed products.           Please Note - that a Shipping fee may apply for this.  However, we do not offer replacements for a Change of Mind or Misused and Mishandled products.
